7尖礁群岛坐落于达哈卜希尔顿酒店沙滩不远处的位置，相比之下水比较浅，只有20米深，是个适合潜水初学者的好地方。这里有丰富的海洋资源，有各种各样的珊瑚礁，以及许多奇特种类的鱼，有石斑鱼、花鮨鱼、玻璃鱼、拿破仑鱼、狮子鱼、梭鱼等。海地巨型珊瑚柱也是这里的特色。
