瑞典国家图书馆是瑞典文化部门之一，负责收集、描述、保存和提供瑞典出版的所有资料、在国外发行与瑞典有关的资料或瑞典人撰写的资料以及具有代表性的人文科学方面的外文资料，位于瑞典斯德哥尔摩市。瑞典国家图书馆保存和扩大图书馆收藏的古旧善本书、时效性强的小册子、手稿、地图和图片的使用，还负责全国图书馆组织的规划、发展及国内联合编目与全国性联合目录。The National Library of Sweden has been collecting virtually everything printed in Sweden or in Swedish since 1661. We have made the material available to the public, who can visit the library to request and read all the different types of texts.The Department of Audiovisual Material (previously the Swedish National Archive of Recorded Sound and Moving Images) collects TV and radio programs, movies and videos distributed in Sweden, Swedish music and multimedia recordings.The National Library is also a humanities research library that purchases scholarly literature in several languages. We coordinate services and programs for all research libraries in Sweden and administer and develop LIBRIS, the national library catalog system.The National Library of Sweden is a state agency. We are a staff of about 400 and our offices are in Stockholm.
